Our teams are actively involved in the strategy of our company.

We hold management Visioning Days to establish the future focus of the business across all teams, and involve all employees in our annual SiteLink forum.

Engagement with our staff at all levels ensures that the Shaylor Group business culture and values are understood and maintained throughout the organisation nationwide.

Awards and initiatives that differentiate us from other employers include:

  • 2012 - Shaylor Group became one of only 40 companies in the West Midlands, and only 200 across the UK, to achieve the Investors in People Gold Standard.
  • 2012 - Shaylor Group signed up to the Jobs and Skills Pledge, Birmingham Gateway Project, New Street Station. This initiative was launched by Network Rail and supported by international consultancy and construction company Mace and Birmingham City Council and aims to promote positive behaviour in supply chain work packages, maximizing access to jobs and skills opportunities for local unemployed people.
  • 2015 - Shaylor Group achieved The Sunday Times Best Companies '2 Star: Outstanding' rating
