The £6.4million project at 100 Hagley Road in Birmingham for Calthorpe Estates is being undertaken by Shaylor Construction. This is a prestigious major office re-construction and refurbishment scheme, constructed to 'Very Good' BREEAM Standards and has already attracted acclaim.

Special Projects has continued to expand its client base with smaller office extensions and refurbishments. JDI also continues to thrive with a number of high quality commercial fit-out projects successfully undertaken.
