These three markets continue to provide a lucrative range of works for all five divisions.
An example of industrial experience can be seen at Minworth Industrial Estate. This involved the staged £15m refurbishment of 19 industrial units by our Construction division.
The refurbishment and new build wing to existing Grade II * listed, 35 Calthorpe Road, Edgbaston, sits within this portfolio of experience. The heritage restoration of this commercial property for Calthorpe Estates is another project won by Shaylor following the successful completion of the retrofit construction project at 100 Hagley Road, Edgbaston.
Our greatest achievement in the retail sector was the award of the largest share of the Crown Office Refurbishment
Programme for Post Office Counters. Our success on this programme demonstrates our grasp of the key dynamics in the Retail sector of 'business as usual' and 'out of hours' commitments.
