Shaylor Special Projects (SSP) was effected to address demand for works up to the value of £1m per project.

Operating from group headquarters, SSP has a dedicated management team and direct labour force, and is headed by Director of the division, David Harwood.

SSP is aspirational, vibrant and compliments the core business. The division offers a flexibility of service that is committed to delivering projects, in general, of a short term nature.

Due to size, flexibility and a substantial direct workforce, Shaylor Special Projects is able to mobilise quickly and satisfy any immediate Client demand. The division undertakes a variety of projects, across a number of sectors, including commercial, industrial, leisure, retail, education, public services and heritage works.

Shaylor Special Projects enjoys high levels of repeat business from a variety of Clients and Consultants.
