Hertfordshire County Council (Shaylor R&M) - Framework for repairs, adaptations, refurbishment and extensions to buildings over a four year period.
Hertfordshire County Council manages a diverse portfolio of property which supports the delivery of a wide range of services to residents of Hertfordshire, including: Children’s Services, Libraries, Fire and Rescue Service, Adult Care provision and office accommodation. The Council also acts as the corporate landlord for a large number of schools across the County.
It will carry with it no exclusivity or guarantees of works, but is expected to form the main framework for the commissioning of planned maintenance and minor and major works for the Council.

Northamptonshire County Council - Construction (Capital Projects) Contractors Framework Agreements will have a duration of 3 years.
The framework will cover construction works and will include but are not limited to, repairs and renovations, alterations, extensions and new build.
We are one of eight contractors awarded to 'framework status' to in the £200k to £3.8m OJEU threshold framework category.
