Our Management Trainee Programme was launched in order to invest in tomorrow's construction professionals.
Management Trainee Programme
It gives young people the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of working on a live building site, enabling trainees the chance to gain relevant understanding whilst also continuing with their University course.
As part of the Programme, each trainee will be given the opportunity to manage a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities including inductions on site, monitoring and updating drawings and revisions, administrative duties and shadowing senior members of staff.
