In pursuit of continuous improvement, within our own business and within the supply chain, we believe that the best method of ensuring and monitoring progress is the use of Key Performance Indicators and have measures in place to obtain information from various sources.

We also measure performance on specific projects and supply chain members against the Constructing Excellence headline KPI’s, and this information is fed back by meetings with key personnel from supply chain organisations.
