Shaylor Group is committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees and all others affected by our works. Our mechanisms for achieving this are detailed in our Health and Safety Policy Document.

All staff involved with any project have defined responsibilities for Health and Safety, these are summarised in our Health and Safety Management System, which includes responsibilities for Health and Safety and detailed within each process.

All staff responsible for supervising every project/s will have received training that includes, as a minimum –
 

  • CITB Site Manager Safety Training Scheme
  • First Aid at Work
  • Work at Heights
  • CSCS Site Manager (With CPD requirement)
