Shaylor Construction is a dynamic Midlands-based principal contractor, founded in 1969. The business has significant experience in delivering construction projects across a broad range of sectors, values and project type. Our Headquarters is based in Aldridge, West Midlands.

We have built a substantial portfolio of work within both the Private and Public Sector. Our underlying systems and processes are fundamental to the delivery of our construction projects. Operating within a robust Quality Management System, our Health and Safety record is excellent.

Shaylor strives to maximise the value derived from client relationships. This mindset has seen the award, in 2004, of a formal 10-year, £100million plus Framework Agreement with the Home Office, together with more recent examples of shorter term arrangements with Coventry and Birmingham Universities.

The company has grown organically, adding resource, expertise and capability to its skill base, with a view to ensuring the infrastructure is developed, and that sufficient capacity exists to accommodate key sources of business.

Shaylor always has a “Think Local” approach to the supply chain. The chances of success in this area are always enhanced when there is a sustainable workflow, which could be achieved within any relevant project we undertake.
