Baskerville House is a landmark listed building, in Birmingham city centre, very tastefully redeveloped into office accommodation.
The project entailed the provision of serviced offices on two floors in 2 separate phases and included sophisticated meeting rooms, reception areas, kitchens, serveries and café break out areas. The mechanical and electrical installations included ventilation, CCTV, access controls and data provision.
- The works were successfully carried out in a logistically sensitive environment because the lower floors were in occupation by high profile businesses whose activities could not be disrupted.
- The design and installation of the mechanical and electrical works, particularly the ventilation and data, were successfully integrated into the main building systems, including the modification of raised floors in adjoining areas.
