The existing building is a 5 storey office building including a lower ground basement, which provides additional office workspace. External works comprised :-

• Extensive roofing, recovering and preparation for roof mounted air conditioning and air handling units.
• Decorations to all windows and lintels.
• An Electronically operating entrance door set was introduced to the existing façade.

Internally, the building received a full makeover which included: 

• Extensive structural works & floor infills.
• a full mechanical and electrical infrastructure to bring the building up to Part L compliance.
• raised access flooring throughout.
• suspended ceilings.
• A refurbished existing passenger lift and  a new disabled platform lift and shaft.
• New disabled WC’s & showers and unisex 'superloo’s'.
• Tea points.
• Glazed and solid partitions.
• Decorations and floor coverings throughout.
