Shaylor Developments seeks out land and/or buildings which can be developed.

By using the expertise within Shaylor Group's construction companies, it can offer to source, obtain necessary consents and construct for established end users.

It requires sites between 1 and 5 acres preferably former industrial and commercial sites which can be re-developed to provide nursing home, social housing or extra care facilities. Retail sites between 0.5 and 2 acres together with parades of shops.
