The largest business stream in the Group, delivering projects between £1.5million and £15million of both new build and refurbishment in the private and public sectors.

Founded in 1969, the business has significant experience in delivering construction projects across a broad range of sectors, values and project type. The Headquarters are based in Aldridge, West Midlands.

Its underlying systems and processes are fundamental to the delivery of our construction projects. Operating within a robust Quality Management System, its Health and Safety record is excellent.

The company has grown organically, adding resource, expertise and capability to its skill base, with a view to ensuring the infrastructure is developed, and that sufficient capacity exists to accommodate key sources of business.

Construction always has a "Think Local" approach to the supply chain. The chances of success in this area are always enhanced when there is a sustainable workflow, which could be achieved within any relevant project undertaken.

Strategic Alliance (Part of our Construction division)

Dedicated to carrying out long term repeat business under frameworks and partnering agreements. Its principal client is the Ministry of Justice with whom it has a ten year framework covering both new build and refurbishment works in the custodial sector.

In addition to projects undertaken for Her Majesty's Prison Service, schemes have also been undertaken for other organisations within the Ministry of Justice including:

  • Her Majesty's Court Service
  • Forensic Science Service
