With an exciting start to the year, Shaylor has picked up a number of key projects including a Framework with Royal Mail Group. These works include the refurbishment of the Crown Office Estate and Shaylor is delighted to be the only contractor appointed to all three regions covering the entire United Kingdom. This Framework underpins the organisations pursuit to build on its ethos of partnering in order to maximise benefit for the Client.

The construction division has recently been appointed to a number of prestigious projects including a £5.7million scheme to build five new vocational learning centres in Northamptonshire.

Further, the Group has also been appointed as one of two contractors on a £60million framework with Bondcare to delivery a number of new build and ancillary refurbishment works in the Midlands and Northern regions.

Additional works include a £5.5million design and build construction of a new outpatients department at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital.

The Special Projects division has also been appointed to a number of key projects including a £771k contract for the provision of a new gallery and classroom facilities at Truro School in Cornwall.
